Change can be difficult. It can be challenging to generate new and exciting ideas and ways of doing things—and it can be equally challenging to implement those ideas. And let’s be honest: change just for the sake of change isn’t necessarily a good thing, particularly when your business is involved.

The purpose of this website is to help you handle change to your organization in a constructive way. The site includes the two modules listed below. Each module takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

The Stages of Change

This module explores the four stages for implementing change in your pharmacy, beginning with deciding to initiate a change and ending with determining whether a new service is worth sustaining.

Value Stream Mapping

Value stream mapping is a useful tool for identifying and eliminating waste in a process. This module walks you through the steps of developing a value stream map for your pharmacy.
